-Chemical Composition:
Titanium (Ti): Balance
Aluminum (Al): 5.5% to 6.8%
Vanadium (V): 3.5 to 4.5 percent
Oxygen (O): 0.20% maximum
Nitrogen (N): 0.03% maximum
Hydrogen (H): 0.015% maximum
Iron (Fe): 0.30% max.
Carbon (C): 0.08% max.
Silicon (Si): max. 0.15 %
Mechanical Properties (for H-Type 3 processed condition):
Tensile Strength: Minimum values typically range from 1200 MPa to 1300 MPa.
Yield Strength (0.2% Offset): Typically between 1100 MPa and 1200 MPa minimum.
Elongation: 10% minimum.
