Each CNC precision gear we ship is parameter-tested on a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine and a comprehensive gear inspection instrument, then assigned a unique laser traceability code. Tooth profile accuracy is held to DIN Class 3 with individual tooth pitch deviation of 0.005 mm. Optimized spoke designs based on finite element analysis increase fatigue life by more than three times compared with conventional blanks.
