Description
CNC precision gears utilize Swiss-grade precision CNC gear machining centers with profile grinding processes, achieving tooth profile errors within DIN Class 3 accuracy, with individual tooth pitch deviations ≤ 0.005mm. Made from high-quality alloy steel such as 20CrMnTi, they achieve a surface hardness of HRC60 after carburizing and quenching, while maintaining a core toughness of HRC35, achieving a perfect balance of high strength and impact resistance. A unique shaping process eliminates meshing noise, achieving transmission efficiency exceeding 98%, meeting the high-demand transmission requirements of precision reducers and medical equipment.

High-speed CNC machining of metal parts
CNC precision gears support special tooth profiles such as involute, circular arc, and cycloid, with a module range of 0.3-10mm and a maximum machining diameter of 800mm. Five-axis linkage technology enables the simultaneous formation of complex structures such as shafted gears and internal ring gears, minimizing assembly errors. Optional titanium nitride coating or PTFE impregnation ensures excellent wear resistance even in dry conditions, making them particularly suitable for demanding environments such as food processing machinery and vacuum equipment.
