Description

Precision CNC-turned shafts are machined using computer numerical control (CNC) lathes to achieve tight dimensional tolerances (typically within ±0.005mm) and an excellent surface finish (Ra 0.4μm or better), ensuring smooth operation in high-speed rotation or precision transmission systems. Hard turning, grinding, or heat treatment processes can further enhance their hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance, meeting the stringent requirements of high-precision applications such as medical devices, optical equipment, and aerospace.
