TC4 titanium alloy's main components are titanium, aluminum, vanadium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium and no more than 3% of other elements.TC4 titanium alloy is currently the most widely used production of the largest a + β-type alloy, has a good all-around performance, good organizational stability, good toughness, plasticity and high-temperature deformation properties, can be better hot pressure machining, quenching, aging to make the alloy strengthened. The strength after heat treatment is about 50%~100% higher than the annealed state; high-temperature strength, can work for a long time at a temperature of 400 ℃ ≈ 500 ℃, and its thermal stability is second to titanium alloy.
Titanium alloy plate implementation standards: GB/T3621-2007, ASTM B265. TC4 titanium alloy plate and titanium block are extremely important chemical equipment and aviation materials, widely used in chemical equipment, petroleum, marine, aerospace, pharmaceutical and other fields. With the development of economy and technology, more and more fields widely used titanium plate.

TC4 titanium alloy forging process.
(1) At a deformation temperature of 1000℃ and a deformation amount of 50%, a deformation rate of less than or more than 2mm/s will help reduce the damage value of forgings and improve the quality of forgings.
(2) The quality of forgings is good when the deformation temperature is 925℃, deformation rate is 1000mm/s and deformation amount is 70%.
(3) The influence of each forging process parameter on the maximum damage of TC4 titanium alloy forgings during forging deformation is as follows: deformation rate > deformation amount > deformation temperature.
Titanium plate manufacturing process:
1. Titanium ingots are forged slabs above the metal recrystallization temperature.
2. Rolling of titanium slabs above the recrystallization temperature.
3. Rolling of titanium slabs cold rolled at a plastic deformation temperature below the recovery temperature.
4. titanium plate slowly heated to a certain temperature, maintained for a sufficient period of time, and then cooled at a suitable rate (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling) of a kind of annealing leveling treatment.
5. Pickling: titanium plate is immersed in a pickling water solution to remove oxides and other thin films on the metal surface.
