Description
The minimum titanium content of Astm B338 Gr2 Titanium Seamless Tube ranges from approximately 98.925% to 99.5% by weight.ASTM B338 Gr. 2 titanium tubing is primarily used in the manufacture of surface condensers, evaporators, and heat exchangers. These applications typically require excellent corrosion resistance as well as high fabrication ductility with relatively low in-service strength. These titanium tubes can be further processed into spirals, U-tubes, serpentine tubes, concentric coils, and other specialized shapes.
