Molybdenum metal products are the final deep-processed products of the element molybdenum, accounting for about 8% to 10% of the total consumption of molybdenum. Metal molybdenum products mainly have three main categories: metal molybdenum powder, metal molybdenum products and molybdenum wire and other pressure processing products.
Metal molybdenum powder: according to the chemical composition of high-purity molybdenum powder (FMo-1), industrial pure molybdenum powder (FMo-2), ultra-high purity molybdenum powder (molybdenum content ≥ 99.99%) and doped molybdenum powder; according to the particle size of ultra-fine molybdenum powder (0.5 ~ 1μ), fine molybdenum powder (1 ~ 2μ), conventional molybdenum powder (2 ~ 4μ), crude molybdenum powder (4 ~ 6μ) and ultra-coarse powder (≥ 6μ) and so on.
Molybdenum metal products: molybdenum bars for processing, molybdenum bars for steelmaking addition, molybdenum slabs, molybdenum tops, molybdenum crucibles, molybdenum electrodes, TZM alloys, molybdenum targets, and other shaped products.
Molybdenum wire products: including molybdenum wire for lamps, molybdenum wire for wire cutting, molybdenum wire for heating resistance, molybdenum wire for spraying tinting, molybdenum wire for rolling, molybdenum wire for electrodes (rods), and electropolished white molybdenum wire.
