Titanium Alloy Tube

Titanium alloy tubes are tubes made using titanium alloys.Titanium alloys can be divided into three categories according to their organisation. (1 titanium with aluminium and tin elements. 2 titanium with aluminium chromium molybdenum vanadium and other alloying elements. 3 titanium with aluminium and vanadium elements.) They have high mechanical properties, excellent stamping properties, and can be welded in various forms, welded joint strength up to 90% of the strength of the base metal, and good cutting and machining performance. Titanium tubes have high corrosion resistance to chlorides, sulphides and ammonia. Titanium corrosion resistance in seawater than aluminium alloys, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys are also high. Titanium is also more resistant to water impact.
