GH3030 is a solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, good hot strength and high plasticity below 800℃, good oxidation resistance, hot fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance.
Description
It is mainly used for combustion chamber components of turbine engines with operating temperatures below 800°C and other high-temperature components below 1100°C that require oxidation resistance but low loads, such as combustion chambers, charge combustion chambers, and magazine mounting edges.

The alloy has the following properties:
80Ni - 20Cr solid solution strengthened high temperature alloy with simple chemical composition, good thermal strength and high plasticity at 800 ℃, good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solid solution treatment, and the organisation is stable in use.
GH3030 metallographic organisation:
GH3030 alloy is a single-phase austenitic organisation with small amounts of tic and Ti(CN).
The application areas of GH3030 include:
1,Mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber parts working below 800℃.
2,Other high-temperature components below 1100℃ that require oxidation resistance but with smaller loads
3,Used to make enamelling furnace movable combustion frame
