Grade 3 titanium foil is one of a family of industrially pure titanium with a titanium content of approximately 99.6%. Compared to other grades of pure titanium, Grade 3 titanium offers a more balanced combination of strength and toughness, with slightly higher oxygen and nitrogen content.

Compared to Grade 1 and Grade 2, Grade 3 titanium is slightly stronger while maintaining good toughness for applications requiring higher mechanical properties. 2. Corrosion Resistance: Despite the increase in strength, Grade 3 titanium maintains the excellent corrosion resistance typical of titanium materials, with particularly good resistance to chlorinated media (e.g., seawater), various acids, and alkalis. 3. Titanium has good weldability, which makes it suitable for large parts or complex structures that require weld processing, and the welds also maintain good corrosion resistance.
