Hot and Cold Processing
Cold working: Gr1 seamless titanium tubes have good cold working performance, can be processed by cold rolling, cold drawing and other ways.
Hot working: The hot working temperature is usually between 600-750°C, and it can be processed by hot rolling, hot forging and so on.
Annealing treatment: Gr1 Titanium straight tube is heated to the specified temperature range (650-750℃), held for a certain period of time, and then slowly cooled. The purpose is to eliminate internal stresses, soften the material, and improve plasticity and toughness.
Stress Relief Treatment: Heat the Gr1 Titanium Exhaust Pipe to about 650°C, hold for a certain period of time, and then cool slowly. The purpose is to reduce or eliminate the internal stresses generated during the processing of the material and prevent deformation and cracking.
Application Areas: Gr1 Titanium tubes are widely used in aerospace, chemical, medical and other fields, so the processing needs to take into account the requirements of the final application on the material properties.
