Gr5 titanium straight tubing has high strength and is able to withstand the stresses of high temperature and high pressure environments, making it ideal for use in exhaust systems.Gr5 titanium tubing maintains good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, with maximum operating temperatures of 400-500°C, making it suitable for use in the high-temperature environments of engine exhaust systems. Compared to steel, Gr5 titanium round tubes have a lower density (approx. 4.43 g/cm³), which significantly reduces the weight of the exhaust system and improves the overall performance of the vehicle.
