Production process
Gr5 seamless titanium tubes usually adopt the following production processes:

• Hot extrusion method: The titanium billet is heated to a high temperature and then extruded into a tube through an extruder. This method can produce tubes with high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality.
• Perforation method: First, the titanium billet is perforated into a hollow tube billet, and then it is processed into a seamless titanium tube of the required size through processes such as stretching and rolling.
