Gr3 Titanium Round Tube Manufacturing Process
The process of manufacturing Gr3 titanium straight tubes can be divided into two main stages: melting and machining.
First, the raw titanium alloy material is heated to its melting point by means of a tool such as a consumable arc furnace or a vacuum induction melting furnace protected by argon inert gas. The melt is then cast or forged into shape using casting molds or forging equipment.
Next, the material is heat-treated, including solution annealing, cooling and aging processes, in order to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of the material.
