Production process of Grade 2 titanium round tube
1. Preparation of raw materials: Pure titanium material of Grade 2 is used as raw material.
2. Forming: The titanium material is cold drawn or cold rolled into thin-walled billets.
3. Welding: Weld the edges of the billet together with precision welding equipment to form a complete thin-walled round tube.
4. heat treatment: the welded thin-walled titanium round tubes are annealed to eliminate internal stresses and improve mechanical properties.
5. Machining: Ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the tubes through precision machining.
Packing of Grade 2 Titanium Round Tube
Specifically designed for high-surface-quality mirror-finished sheets, polished strips, and thin-walled tubes. Each product is first placed in a PE sealed bag, then fully wrapped with soft non-woven fabric + pearl cotton padding. Individually compartmentalized foam mold inserts are used to secure each piece, and the products are placed into high-strength, crush-resistant cartons. The outer cartons undergo a "sealed film + tape" fully enclosed moisture-proof treatment and are affixed with "Precision Surface · Handle with Care" warning labels to prevent scratches and contamination during transit.
