Titanium Grade 2 ERW tubing has a unique tendency to exceed the corrosion resistance of stainless steel in most environments. Of the four commercially available grades of pure or CP titanium, Gr 2 titanium heat exchanger tubing is considered to be the ideal alloy choice for most industrial applications requiring properties such as good ductility and corrosion resistance.
Description
Titanium Gr 2 sanitary tubing also offers excellent resistance to seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion. A much appreciated feature of Titanium Gr 2 Cold Rolled Coil is its light weight, due to its low density. This lower density makes Gr 2 Titanium Bright Annealed Tubing ideal, especially in applications where weight may be an area of concern.
