Delving deeply into the chemical composition of Grade 23 titanium alloy, we can find its exquisite ratio: the carbon content is strictly controlled below 0.08%, the nitrogen and oxygen contents do not exceed 0.05% and 0.13% respectively, and the hydrogen content is even more as low as below 25%. These strict restrictions ensure the purity and stability of the alloy. In addition, the contents of vanadium and aluminum are controlled between 3.50% to 4.50% and 5.50% to 6.50% respectively. The addition of these two elements significantly enhances the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy. Iron content is also limited to less than 0.25% to avoid adverse effects on alloy properties.
