It can be used for parts requiring strength up to 400°F and oxidation resistance up to 600°F.

Finish
#1 - Hot rolled annealed and de-oxidized. It is available in strip, foil, and ribbon. It is used for applications where a smooth decorative surface is not required.
#2D - Matte finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and de-oxidizing. It is used for deep-drawn parts and those that require lubricant retention during the molding process.
#2B - Smooth surface produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. After annealing, a light cold roll pass is added with polishing rolls to give a brighter surface finish than 2D.
#BA - Bright Annealed Cold Rolled and Bright Annealed.
#CBA - Rough Bright Annealed Cold Rolled Matte Finish and Bright Annealed.
#2 - Cold Rolled.
#2BA - Smooth surface produced by cold rolling and bright annealing. A smooth surface can be produced by light passing with highly polished rolls. 2BA finishes can be used in lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired on the formed part. 2BA finishes can be used in lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired on the formed part.
Polished - A variety of grit finishes are available to meet specific polished finish requirements.
