Description
Titanium flat bars are widely used in aircraft engines and parts, chemical equipment parts (reactors, pipes, heatexchangers and valves, etc.), ship hulls, bridges, medical implants, artificial bones, sporting products and consumergoods. Titanium is lightweight, strong, corrosion resistant and abundant in nature. Titanium and its alloys possesstensile strengths from 30,000 psi to 200,000 psi (210-1380 MPa), which are equivalent to those strengths found in mostof alloy steels.
