Description

Our AMS 4954 titanium alloy welding wire is manufactured from premium Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) alloy, specifically formulated for gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW/TIG) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG) applications. This filler metal is designed to produce welds with mechanical properties matching or exceeding those of the base metal in annealed or solution-treated and aged conditions. With strict control of chemistry, surface quality, and cleanliness, our AMS 4954 welding wire ensures consistent arc stability, excellent bead appearance, and superior weld integrity for critical aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.
