GNEE flat wire products are available in a variety of formats to meet the needs of the widest range of markets. Our precision flats are manufactured with absolute control over edge profile, width, thickness and other critical parameters to ensure optimum delivery and application in a range of end-use environments.
Products Description
Our flats range from 0.0002" - 0.210" (0.00508 mm - 5.33 mm) in thickness and 0.002" - 1.00" (0.05") in width. 1.00" (0.05 mm - 25.40 mm). We can also specify an intermediate annealing stage to eliminate internal stresses and produce the toughest wire products based on a variety of alloys from stainless steel to nickel-titanium flat wire.
Titanium wire has a low density of 4.51, is corrosion resistant and has high strength. Titanium's fatigue strength and sensitivity to stress concentrations are superior to steels used for similar purposes and have been used in a variety of fields.
