Description
During the plastic part machining phase, CNC machine tools automatically plan and execute tool paths according to the CNC program instructions. Under the control of the CNC system, the machine's moving parts (such as the spindle and table) follow predetermined trajectories to perform operations such as cutting, drilling, and milling on plastic parts. During machining, the CNC system monitors tool and workpiece position, cutting force, and other parameters in real time, making adjustments as necessary to ensure machining accuracy and quality.
