Hardware CNC castings refer to components obtained by casting hardware materials using computer numerical control (CNC) machining technology. The following introduces the materials, processes, characteristics, and applications of hardware CNC castings:
Common Materials
Titanium Alloy: Features low density, lightweight, corrosion resistance, and ease of processing. It is widely used in aerospace, automotive, and electronics fields. For example, automotive engine blocks and aircraft structural components often use titanium alloy CNC castings.

Manufacturing Process
Casting: First, molds are created based on the shape and dimensions of the part. Molten metal is then poured into the molds, and after cooling and solidification, casting blanks are obtained. Common casting methods include sand casting, die casting, and precision casting. CNC Machining: The cast blanks are clamped onto CNC machines, and the movement trajectory of the cutting tools is controlled through pre-programmed CNC programs to perform cutting operations on the blanks.
