Titanium alloy Gr 9 pipes include straight seam submerged arc welded (LSAW) pipes, seamless pipes, preformed pipes, electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes, and welded pipes. Pipe shapes include rectangular, hydraulic, round, and square pipes. Lengths include single/double lengths and cut-to-length, and ends include plain, beveled, and threaded.
We design our UNS R56320 pipes using only high-quality alloys to enhance their strength. Gr 9 pipes are favored for their high mechanical strength, excellent seawater corrosion resistance, excellent strength-to-weight ratio, good weldability and formability, and relatively low thermal expansion. It also offers resistance to stress corrosion cracking in sour gas and chloride-containing environments, as well as excellent resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion, and erosion corrosion.
