Description

Grade 2 Titanium Bar, commercially designated as UNS R50400, represents the most widely utilized grade of commercially pure (CP) titanium in industrial applications. As an alpha-phase titanium alloy (though technically "unalloyed" titanium), it offers an exceptional balance of mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and fabricability that has made it the benchmark material across numerous industries.

Specifically designed for high-surface-quality mirror-finished sheets, polished strips, and thin-walled tubes. Each product is first placed in a PE sealed bag, then fully wrapped with soft non-woven fabric + pearl cotton padding. Individually compartmentalized foam mold inserts are used to secure each piece, and the products are placed into high-strength, crush-resistant cartons. The outer cartons undergo a "sealed film + tape" fully enclosed moisture-proof treatment and are affixed with "Precision Surface · Handle with Care" warning labels to prevent scratches and contamination during transit.
