Description

Grade 5 Titanium Plate, also known as Ti-6Al-4V (UNS R56400), is the most widely used titanium alloy worldwide, accounting for approximately 50% of all titanium applications. As an alpha-beta alloy, it offers an exceptional combination of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, and excellent fatigue properties.

This alloy contains 6% aluminum (stabilizes alpha phase) and 4% vanadium (stabilizes beta phase), creating a versatile material suitable for annealing or solution treating and aging.
