Parts design, should consider the general principles of titanium alloy parts design, for example: when used in the general climate environment, no additional surface protection. In the marine climate conditions allow contact with stainless steel, nickel-based alloys without protection, when the working temperature is higher than 300 ℃, should be used to protect the coating or limit the working life. Parts in direct contact with aluminum alloy and structural steel must take reasonable and effective protective measures. For titanium alloy parts with relative motion, isolation coatings should be used to prevent micro-abrasion. Avoid assembly of titanium alloy parts with cadmium-plated steel parts as much as possible.
