Description
Ti 6al-4v Gr 5 foil is heat treatable. It has good ductility, good workability and weldability. The 90% titanium content provides corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. These foils are also available in different forms, such as sheets and tubes. grade 5 foils can be operated at low temperatures as well as high temperatures up to 427 degrees Celsius. The material is a two-phase alloy. Its crystal structure has alpha and beta phases. The material can be used under annealed or solid solution heating conditions.
