Grade 12 titanium alloy has the following characteristics:

- High Temperature Resistance: The application temperature range of Grade 12 titanium alloy is broader than that of aluminum alloy. It can operate for extended periods under high temperatures of 450-500°C. Within the temperature range of 150-500°C, it still retains high strength, making it suitable for use in high-temperature applications, with its working temperature able to reach up to 500°C.
