Titanium (Ti): Remainder
Aluminum (Al): 5.5% to 6.8%
Vanadium (V): 3.5 to 4.5 percent
Oxygen (O): 0.20% maximum
Nitrogen (N): 0.05% maximum
Hydrogen (H): 0.015% maximum
Iron (Fe): 0.30% max.
Carbon (C): 0.10% max.
Silicon (Si): 0.15% max.
EN 3311 Mechanical properties of titanium sheet alloyed with Ti-6Al-4V
Tensile Strength: Minimum values typically range from 900 MPa to 1000 MPa.
Yield Strength (0.2% Offset): Typically between 800 MPa and 900 MPa minimum.
Elongation: Minimum of at least 10%.
