What is Titanium Grade 7 Pipe?
There are several advantages of titanium grade 7 pipes, including their strength and malleability. Titanium grade 7 Pipes are one of the most abundant and common grades used in various industries to handle the pressure of the liquid flow. They require more power and flexibility and offer better performance. Titanium Grade is available with reducers, tees, caps, and elbows. The thickness of such metals is between 2 to 30mm.
These pipes are highly specified under ASME SB-861 and ASME SB-337. And their international specification is done through W.NR. 3.7235. They are more resistant to corrosion and help in reducing acids. The Titanium Grade 7 Pipe and Titanium Grade 7 Sheets are available in different forms, such as welded pipe, seamless tube, bars, wires, plates, and seamless pipes.
About Titanium Grade 7 Pipe and Tube
These pipes are furnished or coated with capped ends supplied in bundles. To prevent these pipes from rusting, they are wrapped and secured with polypropylene sheets and flat sheet bands. Complete test certification is done under the NACE MR0103 with procedure qualification records through WPS/QPR. Various tests are done to quantify the quality and performance of titanium grade 7 pipes, such as hardness, flattening, and positive material identification, also known as PMI testing.
