Titanium Anode Production Process:

First, sort:

2, choose the right material to reduce the loss.

Titanium plate: it is better to choose a relatively flat plate for the plate type, and at the same time, pay attention to the surface can not have peeling, delamination, cracking and other defects.

Secondly, feeding:

1. Determine the shape, quantity and quality of the material from the whole or a batch of material

2. After selecting the material, according to the drawing, make a certain shape, quantity, marking and punching. Whether it needs to be sanded or not, it must be operated strictly according to the drawing.

3,Feeding material should have accuracy.

 

Third, welding:

The welding of titanium material mainly uses argon arc welding. Only the same material can be welded together. The welding method of plate and tube is fixed by spot welding first, and then full welding. The welding of the mesh can use electric welding.

 

Fourth, sandblasting:

1. A process in which sand is blasted onto the surface of a titanium substrate by means of a sandblaster powered by compressed air. The sand is sprayed onto the substrate for impact grinding to remove surface impurities, noise and oxidized layer. At the same time, the sand blaster roughens the surface of the titanium substrate to improve the effective contact area of the titanium surface and enhance the adhesion of the coating to the surface.

Five, pickling:

Eight, drawing, baking, oxidizing
