Products Description
Electron beam melting tantalum sheet technology is to melt tantalum rods several times through vacuum electron beam melting furnaces without forging them into tantalum ingots, which are axially free-forged and pierced into tantalum slabs at room temperature. After the surface of the slab is pickled, it is cleaned with water to remove surface impurities and oil, and then dried. After pickling, the slabs are annealed in a vacuum furnace, waiting for the slabs to cool down, and then rolled in one direction for several times, slant rolled and accompanied by annealing, to finally produce high quality tantalum slabs.
